Cancellation Policy

There are two types of tours to Skellig Michael and Little Skelligs gannet colony. The Skellig Michael Eco tour has multiple departure times throughout the day and lasts approximately 2 hours and 25 minutes. The season for this tour is from April to the end of September every year.

The Skellig Michael Landing tour has one departure per day and lasts approximately 5 hours. On this tour you get off the boat and onto the island. The landing tour season is from mid May until the end of September.

All our tours depart from the marina in Portmagee, Co. Kerry. The tours are very dependent on the sea conditions and departure times can change or tours may be cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE SKELLIG MICHAEL ECO TOUR

Cancellation Policy for Bookings of less than 10 people
A cancellation fee of €2 per person applies for cancellations made 2 days or more in advance.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 2 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy for Group Bookings of 10 people or more
A cancellation fee of €2 per person applies for cancellations made 7 days or more in advance.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy if we have to cancel the tour because of the sea/weather conditions
You will receive a full refund if we have to cancel the tour for any reason including sea/weather conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE SKELLIG MICHAEL LANDING TOUR

A cancellation fee of €12.50 per person applies for cancellations made 7 or more days in advance.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.
If we have to cancel a tour for any reason including sea/weather conditions, you will receive a full refund including booking fee.

The cancellation policy for the Skellig Michael Landing Tour is strictly 7 days and a refund is not possible if you cancel less than 7 days in advance. If you need to cancel your booking, you must do so at least one week in advance to receive a refund excluding the cancellation fee of €12.50.
